Asst. Manager require for Customer Relation Centre with 3 years of experience in same. Education : B.A / B.Com / BCS. Gender: Both. Location: Karachi The main Core Responsibilities(1) To attend & Register 2-wheeler complaints through Phone, letter, fax. (2) To attend & provide timely response to customers regarding queries related to Sales/ Marketing/ After Sales. (3) Responsible for follow-up of customers complaints on daily basis through dealers. (4) To coordination with dealers, field engineer, Regional Offices for appointment/ inspection of timely resolution of 2 -wheeler customer complaints. (5) To take feedback from Regional Offices, dealers, customers and prepare daily customer complaint status report. (6) To prepare monthly complaint graphical analysis report.
