Manager Require for Sales / Warranty Quality & Dealer Development with 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance Department. Education: B.E (Mech.), DAE (Mech. & Auto.).Gender : Male. Age: 40 years.The main Responsibilities1)Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints registered in Customer Relation Centre. (2)Responsible for field visit to attend critical customer complaints. (3)Responsible for joint inspection of vehicle along with Quality Assurance Department as & when required. (4)Responsible for supervision of warranty reports & claim process. (5)Responsible for Implementation of online product problem report approval. (6)To ensure & follow up for timely settlement of warranty claims. (7)To resolve warranty issues related to dealers. (8)Coordinate with concerns Divisions/ Departs for improvement in Product. (9)To Identify dealers weaknesses for improvement & take corrective actions. (10)Prepare dealer visit plan / Result and dealers visit report. (11)Monitoring of daily visits of field staff. (12)Arrange & conduct Free Service Campaigns. (13)To ensure timely pre delivery inspection / first free inspection / second free inspection & warranty payment to dealers.
