Assistant Manager require for Sales / Training & Workshop department with 5 years of experience in Planning and conducting Trainings. Education: DAE (Mechanical / Auto & Diesel). Gender : Male. Location: Karachi.Age:32.The main Responsibilities(1) Planning and conducting training for dealers personnel. (2) Preparation of hand books for dealers personnel. (3) Compilation and update dealer manpower record on quarterly basis. (4) Maintain and control training Literature equipment and training room. (5) Maintain training records (Nomination, Attendance, test results). (6) Implementation of In-House training plan of dealers. (7) Urdu Translation of Manuals / Service related material.
Skills Required1-Advocacy & Influence 2-Statistical Data Analysis 3-Knowledge of Customer Services Operations 4-Customer Relation Management.
