Item description
It’s a personal experience that has made me rethink the morality of these big guns in the car dealership in Karachi. From employees to owners, the people at Yazdani motors make me feel sick for trying to get hold of my car, for which I even paid them the own-money under the table.
Back in September, I financed by car from a bank through the Yazdani car dealership. Like we all know, even the shitty cars that we have to pay a premium price for in Pakistan are not available easily and that we have to give huge Own-Money on top of the crazy prices to have the car in due time.
Nonetheless, I pay Yazdani motors 50k Own-Money on top of the original price, on the promise of getting the car delivered within 9 working days, however, from 27th of September 2020 to today that is 20th November, 2020 I haven’t been delivered anything but lies and abuses from Yazdani motors. I have been calling them regularly to get the update but the girl “Moona Gohar” who is some customer service representative hired just to lie to the customers, continues to lie and attempts her nice to offer flattering reasons each different day whenever I try to reach them.
After I paid the Own Money but wasn’t offered at the car as promised, I called them 20 days later to have my Own-money back she guaranteed for another one week from now and afterward, she sent me an engine chassis number of some other car when I received it was some other car number, called her immediately to examine her that it is not a shade of my car at that point she got back to me following an hour and told me that your preferred vehicle has been scheduled I will send you an engine chassis number by day's end, our boss made it confirm that your car will arrive here in tomorrow morning from the plant, I will send you the photos the engine chassis number despatched to you formerly now I am giving to some other client. I made certain her that if it's going to arrive through the following day then provide it only, on which she confirmed by her Boss, and guaranteed me.
Very next day when I called her and asked she answered that the car is manufacturing in the plant it will take two more days when I again approach her after two days she answered that the boss is not right here, he's out of town, he thoroughly knows all about it. She called me the next day and said sir that your car can be available by next week, and after two weeks, the vehicle actually had not shown up. She was continually attempting to persuade me that the vehicle was getting late from the plant side and they were postponing.
After tiring with all of these I complained in some department and that they began lying there too that it's going to arrive in few days, as 2 additional weeks gone while waiting then on November 3rd I received Moona`s message that your car has arrived and your bill has been dispatched, you have to proceed to get the bank to deal with the enlistment. When I visited the NIC building for papers it was said that we don't have any enlistment for Yazdani nor a receipt has come. When called Yazdani, he was shouting, abusing, and began manhandling the authorization division and officials. He kept threatening me by saying that you were informed in the very starting if you ask for Own-Money back then definitely may not be capable of having the auto earlier than February.
This is quite shocking how Vendors are scamming innocent people. I have almost left all the hope to get the car because it has been two months now and they are showing unprofessional behavior, they are not even receiving my calls nor responding to my messages. The car enterprise in Pakistan is already looting the people by means of promoting the lowest quality cars at top-class prices. We have vehicle vendors like Yazdani scamming needy individuals significantly more by taking cash and not keeping to their guarantees, rather threatening the people for terrible results. I request everybody to look closely while buying any vehicle and stop purchasing from these fraudsters.
